Laura McCloskey
Accounting Manager & Human Resources Manager
Laura McCloskey has worked for PDRI since January of 1998. Her primary responsibilities include managing Human Resources, payroll, accounts payable, and corporate financial reporting. Laura earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. She resides in Jacksonville, Florida. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Barry Floyd
Controller
Barry Floyd began his career with PDRI in 2000 as Financial Systems Manager, and was promoted to Director of Franchisee Accounting in 2002. His responsibilities include educating franchisees and their CPAs on our proprietary job costing software and construction accounting. Barry earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and a MBA from Stetson University, and is a CPA in the state of Florida. He resides in Northeast Florida.

Linda Tankersley
Accounting Support & Receptionist
Linda Tankersley moved to Jacksonville from Memphis, TN in 1997. In January of 1998, she began her career at PDRI. Linda has been the receptionist for PDRI for over 10 years. In addition to being the receptionist, her other dutues include accounting support, handling monthly sales entries, and maintaining insurance certificates for the franchisees. In her free time, Linda enjoys being with her husband and traveling together, which is one of their favorite things to do. In addition to her husband, her other passions are her children and granchildren, who she spends as much time with as possible. Linda currently still resides in Northeast FL with her husband.

Kate Dye
Accounts Payable
Kate Dye began her career with PDRI in January of 2007. Previous to working at Paul Davis, she worked in the Accounting Department at the YMCA of Florida's First Coast, Inc. Kate has seven years experience in the accounting field, ranging from accounts receivables to accounts payables. Her responsibilities at PDRI include handling Accounts Payable, e-Expense, and assisting Laura McCloskey and Tim Robinson in the accounting department. In her free time, Kate enjoys photography, scrapbooking, and recently coached a girls' basketball team at her church through the Upward Basketball program. Kate is active in her church, and is also currently attending college at Florida Community College of Jacksonville. She resides in Northeast Florida.

Karla Romano
Accountant & Completion Services, Inc. Administrator
Karla Romano has been part of the PDRI Accounting team since September 2005. Karla is mostly involved in helping to audit the accounts receivable side of PDRI and also serves as the Administrator of Completion Services, Inc. (CSI). Karla moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1995 to run a retail store with her spouse, focusing mainly on the accounting for their business. Karla, when not at work, spends the rest of her time with her two young boys and husband, watching or attending baseball & football games. She also enjoys watching movies and gathering with her friends.

Steve Burtchell
Accounts Receivable & GIS Analyst
Steve Burtchell joined PDRI in June of 1995 as Scott Baker's Executive Assistant, after a 22 year career in the US Navy, and positions with Prudential Information Systems and Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (HabiJax). He was reassigned as both the Vendor Relations Coordinator (known now as Strategic Sourcing) and Director of Premier Interiors in 1997. He moved into accounting in 1999 as Accounts Receivable Manager and Project Manager, along with duties as the corporate Graphical Information Systems (GIS) expert, using various mapping programs to produce legal, service and marketing territory map products for use by staff and franchisee marketers and sales personnel. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Management/Statistics from Purdue University, and an M.S. degree in Systems Technology from the Naval Postgraduate School and in Operations Analysis from the Naval War College. Steve belongs to the North Florida Bicycle Club, "SunDog" chapter, and manages to excite motorists and other bike riders with his 5000+ mile a year "habit." He resides in Northeast Florida.
